Following on from Elon’s big reveal of his vision for the colonisation of Mars, he is now due to give us an updated review of his vision, live streamed, from the International Astronomical Congress in Adelaide, Australia this Friday 29th Sep. at 2pm Australian Central Standard Time.
Every since I was a kid I’ve been waiting for the flying car to finally arrive. For those of you who have read any of my Colony Mars series, you may have spotted that the engine used by the Odyssey Mars transit craft is an EmDrive. This makes a journey time of 10 weeks possible, as opposed to the 6-8 months required by traditional chemical rockets.
